Prasuri Guest House

The only fan room available for me to see when I visited was large and had 2 double beds in it - I was offered it for 250 baht (same if 2 people came). It had private cold water shower, some seats and comfortable looking beds.

Prasuri Guest House is quite a high building

The room was high up on the 5th floor so there were some good view from the windows and share balcony. The double bed air-con room I saw (1 person, 350 baht, 2 people: 380 baht) was a bit smaller but still a good size. This comes with hot water and a bathtub. Larger air-con rooms for 3 people cost 450 baht, 4 people cost 520 baht. Wifi costs 20 baht an hour or 50 baht for a whole day.

A good size double-bed room for 220/250 baht (1/2 people). Air-con: 350/380 baht (1/2 people).

Best of all, perhaps, are the monthly rates. Fan rooms for 1 person cost 4,000 baht, and air-con, 4,500 baht (rates will be slightly more for more people). You'll have to pay 100 baht per month for water and also pay for how much electricity you use.

Downstairs is a cafe and internet shop. The location of the guesthouse is just off the map. It should be easy to find. Head south down Dinso Road (Thanon Dinso) for about 150 meters, then turn left down Soi Pra Suri (the sign is actually spelt Soi Phra Suli!). The guest house is a further 50 meters on the right hand side.
